Portfolio Management
One of our core services at Delta Wealth Management (DWM) is to build custom designed portfolios that match the risk profile of the client. We outline your long term objectives and then create an investment portfolio that takes into consideration investment concentration, sector risk, interest rate sensitivity, and duration. We invite you to take an active role in the discussion about the following considerations in the design of your investment portfolios.
P/E Ratio – The ratio of a company’s stock price relative to the company’s earnings per share. It provides you a measure as to how expensive an individual stock will cost on a per share basis.
Yield - Yield is the rate of return on an investment expressed as a percent. It is the percentage return paid on a stock in the form of dividends, or the rate of interest paid on a bond or note. It describes the stated amount of income that is derived from an investment on an annual basis.
Credit Rating - An evaluation of an individual's or company's ability to repay obligations or its likelihood of not defaulting.
Duration -The amount by which a bond's price increases or decreases as the result of a 1% change in interest rates.
Maturity - The date on which the issuer of a debt instrument must repay the principal in total.
