Delta Wealth Management’s investment strategies seek to protect and grow our clients’ wealth in a steady, patient, and tax-efficient manner.
We custom-build your portfolio to generate income and grow capital based on a number of factors, including your tolerance for risk and investment objectives.
We are not fad-investment managers. We don’t invest in crypto or other Wall Street gimmicks to get rich quick.
We use time-tested strategies, such as compounding income to create new capital, and we invest in companies with long track records, low leverage, and experienced management.
This is a summary of our primary investment strategies.
Municipal Bond Strategy
OBJECTIVE: To generate high after-tax income while preserving your capital
Under this strategy, we build diversified portfolios of long-term municipal bonds across sectors, maturities, and various levels of credit quality. We use duration, curve positioning, credit analysis, and sector selection to add value to your portfolio.
Equity Value Strategy
OBJECTIVE: To grow capital, provide income, and avoid volatility
Under this strategy, we design a portfolio of diversified U.S.-based stocks (domestic equities). We seek to capitalize on companies that have a competitive edge in their respective sector and should grow in value in bull markets and avoid volatility in bear markets.
We look to invest in companies we believe are a good value. This means their stocks are selling at a discount to the market in terms of their current price-to-earnings ratio, have exceptional management, demonstrate consistent positive cash flow, and have low balance sheet leverage.
Equity Growth Strategy
OBJECTIVE: To grow capital
Under this strategy, we capitalize on the strengths of companies that are leaders in their business sectors and have even greater growth potential. This consists of companies that tend to be innovators in their sector and generally have higher relative strength indicators.
We create a portfolio of the holdings from our Equity Value Strategy and supplement with Growth-oriented equities.
Blended Strategy
OBJECTIVE: To provide constant yield, decreased volatility, and growth
This strategy is a blend of our Municipal Bond Strategy, Equity Value Strategy, and Equity Growth Strategy. With this blend, we look to be more defensive with your portfolio and protect it from interest-rate sensitivity and market fluctuations. The income from these investments can be reinvested or distributed, depending on your investment objective.
