The Delta Wealth Management Team (DWM) is made up of several individuals who have over 80 years of collective investment management experience.
Overall investment allocation is directed by Robert A. DeFruscio, CPA. Bob leads all client interactions and sets the overall investment strategy of each portfolio Robert received his B.A. from UMass/Amherst and his master’s degree from Northeastern University. He began his career at Price Waterhouse in New York and following years of practice established his own CPA firm in Greenwich, CT. He formed Greenwich Investment Management in 1999 and was instrumental in its growth from inception to over $400 million in AUM by 2009.
The equity management process is directed by three individuals who collectively operate as Weybosset Research. Lead by Fla Lewis, Justin Deutsch, and Thomas Lamb, with offices on Wall Street as well as Providence, RI. Weybosset has maintained an equity research and management team for over twenty-five years. A career veteran of Kidder Peabody, Fla is a Brown graduate and received his master’s degree from Harvard University. Fla and the team manage a deep value equity strategy in a similar fashion to the investment management philosophy of Berkshire Hathaway.
The investment management of fixed income is directed by Ilda O’Brien. Ilda has over 20 years of experience in fixed income research. Prior joining DWM, she worked for 13 years at MFS Investment Management in Boston, which had $6 billion of municipal bonds under management. As an Investment Officer, she was responsible for evaluating issuer creditworthiness, assigning internal credit ratings, and making investment recommendations supported by sophisticated analysis. Ilda has been a regular speaker at various conferences organized by S&P, National Council of State Housing Agencies (NCSHA), and Smith's Research and Grading. She has been a CFA holder since 2000. Ilda has a MSF from Boston College.
